How should the future organizational structure look? How will it be constructed?

The very use of the term “organizational structure” raises a question. It was already determined that the essence of the organization must change, and thus the term “organizational structure” is based on the principles of the past. However, this term does not stem from the belief that this is the appropriate solution, but that it simply is, for now, the solution that works best. Humanity does not yet know how to organize within abstract structures that enable achievement, and therefore organizational structures have been more successful in achieving goals than other methods.

The future organization, an organization that has adapted itself to operating in a world of disruption, will strive to act in accordance with the principles of four main dimensions.

· The strategic dimension

· The cultural behavioral dimension

· The structural dimension
